Andrew L. Jared is a Partner with the Firm, handling both litigation and transactional matters.
Mr. Jared has extensive experience regarding municipal compliance, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), contract negotiations, and civil litigation. He has represented developers, subcontractors, and government agencies in tort, construction, and insurance litigation. He has completed over two hundred and ninety depositions. While still in law school, Mr. Jared tried his first jury trial and twelve bench trials during an internship at the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office.
Mr. Jared holds a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, a Master's of Science in Environmental Management from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at Los Angeles. Between undergraduate work and law school, he traveled extensively in Asia while working in Tokyo, Japan for three years. He was born, raised, and attended public schools in Pomona, California. He currently resides in the eastern San Gabriel Valley.
