Sergio Ordaz
Associate

Sergio Ordaz is an Associate Attorney with Alvarez-Glasman & Colvin. Mr. Ordaz has extensive training in civil litigation involving state and federal actions and is knowledgeable of the California Code of Civil Procedure and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Having worked as a law clerk for the firm for many years, Mr. Ordaz is part of our Firm's Litigation Practice Group, serving the cities of Norwalk, Pico Rivera, Huntington Park, Commerce, Lynwood, Buena Park, Montebello, and Chico, as well as Access Services and County of San Bernardino, Risk Management Dept.

Mr. Ordaz is experienced with Civil Rights Actions, including actions under 42 U.S. Code §1983 (Civil action for deprivation of constitutional rights). Mr. Ordaz works with matters involving the California Tort Claims Act including issues associated with private party compliance with claims procedures and the statutory grounds for bringing lawsuits against governmental agencies. Mr. Ordaz experience extends to litigation involving the ADA, Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Wrongful Death and Survival actions.

Mr. Ordaz earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies from California State University Los Angeles, earning an honor on the Dean's List for academic achievements and earning his Juris Doctor Degree from Glendale University College of Law. While earning his degrees, Mr. Ordaz maintained full-time employment in the legal field to enhance his legal experience.
