The Firm takes great pride in the relief these gang injunctions give to the residents of afflicted communities, and in the fact that gang injunctions provide an additional tool for law enforcement. AGC’s attorneys also assist law enforcement in such matters as prostitution stings, drug house abatements, and the regulation of sex offenders.

The Public Safety Practice Group's transactional services cover a variety of issues, including advising police agencies on constitutional aspects of law enforcement, developing the legal framework for police “sting operations” and code enforcement guidelines, advising agencies on the regulation of sex offenders and “sober living” facilities, and tracking legislation relating to community safety and police authority.
